Cancellation policy

MODERN WARRIOR – PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Modern Warrior, we offer both one-time purchases and subscription purchase options for certain products. All products sold are research-use only, not for human consumption, and cannot be returned or resold once shipped. The following outlines your rights and limitations regarding cancellations and purchase changes.


1. One-Time Purchases

Order Cancellation Before Fulfillment

We begin processing orders immediately.
You may request an order cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, and we will make every effort to accommodate it.

However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once:

  • The order has begun fulfillment
  • A shipping label has been created
  • The order has been transferred to our warehouse team

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded because research compounds cannot be returned for safety and contamination reasons.

After Shipment

Due to regulatory and safety restrictions:

🚫 No returns, refunds, or cancellations are permitted after an order has shipped.
This applies even if the product remains unopened.


2. Subscription Purchases

Subscriptions allow customers to receive recurring shipments at their chosen interval.

Subscription Management

You may modify your subscription at any time, including:

  • Updating billing information
  • Pausing a subscription
  • Changing the shipment frequency
  • Canceling future shipments

All changes must be made through:

  • Your online customer portal, or
  • By contacting customer support: info@modernwarrior.life

Subscription Order Cancellation Window

To cancel an upcoming subscription shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

If cancellation occurs after your subscription has processed:

🚫 The order cannot be canceled or refunded.
🚫 We cannot stop a shipment once it has entered fulfillment.

Subscription Refunds

Because research compounds cannot be returned:

🚫 We cannot refund subscription orders once they have been billed or shipped.
🚫 Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with research outcomes, experimental results, or expectations.


3. Failed Payments on Subscription Accounts

If your payment fails:

  • We will automatically retry the charge several times
  • You will be notified via email
  • Your subscription may be paused until updated payment information is provided

We are not responsible for delays caused by failed payments.


4. Order Modifications

We can assist with:

  • Address changes
  • Contact info corrections
  • Updating account details

However, modifications can only be made before fulfillment begins.
Once an order is in process or shipped, no changes can be made.


5. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are:

A. Product Damage During Shipment

If a vial arrives broken, leaked, or physically compromised, we will replace it.
A photo of the damaged product is required within 48 hours of delivery.

B. Wrong Item Received

If we ship an incorrect item, we will correct the error immediately.

C. Internal Fulfillment Errors

If an issue was caused by Modern Warrior (e.g., missing item, wrong quantity), we will resolve it promptly.

No other exceptions apply.


6. Legal & Compliance Requirements

Because we sell research compounds, our purchase and cancellation policies must comply with:

  • Safety protocols
  • Chain-of-custody requirements
  • Restricted return rules
  • Contamination prevention standards

For these reasons, all shipped products are final sale.
