MODERN WARRIOR – SHIPPING POLICY

Modern Warrior (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to fast and reliable shipping for all research products and consumer goods offered through our website. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, along with important compliance-related shipping limitations for certain products.


1. Order Processing Times

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST ship the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery speed depends on the shipping service selected at checkout and your geographic proximity to our Scottsdale, Arizona fulfillment center.

Typical delivery window:
 2–5 business days within the United States

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather delays, carrier disruptions, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery times.


3. Temperature-Sensitive Shipments (If Applicable)

Certain Research Products may require temperature-conscious handling.

When temperature-sensitive shipping applies, we may use:

  • Insulated mailers
  • Cold packs
  • Temperature-controlled packaging
  • Expedited carriers

Modern Warrior ensures all temperature-sensitive items are packaged appropriately for the duration of normal transit times. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly retrieve delivered packages to avoid prolonged exposure to heat or cold.

We do not replace products damaged due to:

  • Customer failure to retrieve packages at delivery
  • Packages left outdoors for extended periods
  • Delivery to non-climate-controlled mailrooms or lockers..


4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Forwarding issues
  • Carrier inability to deliver
  • Refused shipments

If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Damaged upon arrival

Please contact us at info@modernwarrior.life and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

For Research Products:
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for peptides or research compounds due to strict safety and chain-of-custody requirements. Replacement decisions for damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.


6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If you plan to ship internationally, we can add this section. If not, we simply omit it.
