Veteran first responder suicide awareness.
There are an infinite number of problems in this world. All of which need time, money and energy to help alleviate. The reality is that all three of those things are finite resources. So we must make tough decisions about what we will allocate those resources to.
Mitch Winters was taken too soon, he had too much left to accomplish and most importantly this tragic situation could have been circumnavigated.
My purpose is to bring awareness and resources to this epidemic of veterans suicides.

Workout: Our Winter Warrior Workout will be led by Next Level Consulting at 12pm where we will break a sweat together with our community of Veterans and 1st Responders.
Mitch Winters grew up in Piedmont California. Since a young age he had always wanted to serve his country. While still in High School he joined the marines. After 8 months overseas and 4 years all in, he was honorably discharged. He then joined the local Mesa Police Department. Again to serve and protect.
